Constellation Brands Inc is an international beverage alcohol company with many of its products recognized as leaders in their respective categories and geographic markets. It is a multi-category supplier (beer, wine & spirits) of beverage alcohol in US.

Constellation Brands sells wine, spirits, and beer primarily in the United States. Notable premium wine brands in its portfolio include Robert Mondavi, Ravenswood, and Arbor Mist. Other spirits brands include Svedka vodka and Black Velvet Canadian whisky. During 2013, Constellation took control of Crown Imports, giving it control of the Corona, Modelo, Pacifico, and Victoria brands in the U.S., and in late 2015, it acquired craft brewer Ballast Point. Now, more than two thirds of Constellation's earnings come from the American beer market.
