Synergy Resources Corp is an oil & natural gas company. It is engaged in the acquisition, development, exploitation, exploration and production of oil and natural gas properties located in the Denver-Julesburg Basin in northeast Colorado.

Synergy Resources Corp was incorporated in Colorado under the name Blue Star Energy, Inc In December 2007, The Company changed its name to Brishlin Resources, Inc The Company is in its exploration stage and is engaged in oil and gas acquisitions, exploration, development and production activities, mainly in the area known as the Denver-Julesburg Basin. Its area of operations is in the Denver-Julesburg Basin, which encompasses Colorado, Wyoming, Kansas, and Nebraska. All of the companys production to date comes from wells in the Wattenberg Field in the D-J Basin. The D-J Basin is a hydocarbon-rich area centered in eastern Colorado that extends into southeast Wyoming, western Nebraska and Kansas. Oil and gas has been produced from the D-J Basin since its discovery in 1901.
