The Toronto-Dominion Bank was formed on February 1, 1955 through the amalgamation of The Bank of Toronto and The Dominion Bank. The Bank is incorporated and domiciled in Canada. It provides Canadian Personal and Commercial Banking, Wealth and Insurance, Personal and Commercial Banking and Wholesale Banking. CAD P&C comprises the Bank's personal and business banking in Canada and provides financial products and services to personal, small business, and commercial customers. Wealth and Insurance provides insurance, investment products and services to institutional and retail investors and includes the Bank's equity investment in TD Ameritrade. U.S. P&C provides commercial banking, mortgage banking and other financial services in the U.S in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions and Florida.
