Tuesday Morning Corp is a Delaware corporation incorporated in 1991. The Company offers off-price retailer specializing in selling deeply discounted, upscale decorative home accessories, housewares, seasonal goods and maker gifts. The Company is known for providing a fresh selection of brand name, high-quality merchandise - never seconds or irregulars - at prices generally below those of department and specialty stores, catalogues and online retailers. It opened its first store in 1974 and operated 769 stores in 41 states as of June 30, 2015. The goods categories provided by the Company are home decor, furniture, bed and bath, kitchen, toys, crafts, pets and seasonal goods and brands like Peacock Alley, Sferra, Lenox, Waterford and Hartmann. The Company competes against a diverse group of retailers, including department and discount stores, specialty, e‑commerce and catalog retailers and mass merchants, which sell, among other products, home furnishings, housewares and related products.
