While being optimistic about overall market demand, our research led us to conclude that the problems facing the company were temporary and we invested in the stock. Management executed on the turnaround, which drove both revenue and earnings growth. As a result the stock has more than doubled from our initial purchase price.

Ubiquiti Networks, Inc. (UBNT) designs and manufactures wireless broadband infrastructure equipment and other communications products. Ubiquiti Networks, Inc. suffered declining earnings in late 2012 as its rate of growth created operational challenges that resulted in a short-term disruption to sales, which we believed was fixable. With better controls in place in 2013, revenue and earnings growth resumed and the stock price more than doubled from our original purchase price. We continue to like their opportunity to grow market share in a very large and growing market.

Ubiquiti Networks Inc was incorporated in the State of California in 2003 as Pera Networks, Inc. and commenced its current operations in 2005 and changed its name to Ubiquiti Networks, Inc. at that time. In June 2010, the Company changed its state of organization to Delaware by merging with and into Ubiquiti Networks, Inc., a Delaware corporation. The Company along with its subsidiaries is a product driven company that leverages innovative proprietary technologies to deliver wireless networking solutions with compelling price-performance characteristics to both start-up and established network operators and service providers. Its products bridge the digital divide by fundamentally changing the economics of deploying high performance wireless networking solutions in underserved and underpenetrated wireless broadband access markets globally. These markets include emerging markets and other areas where individual users and small and medium sized enterprises do not have access to the benefits of carrier class wireless broadband networking. The Company's business model has enabled to break down traditional barriers, such as high product and network deployment costs that are driven by business model inefficiencies and achieve rapid market adoption of products and solutions in previously underserved and underpenetrated markets. It offers a broad and expanding portfolio of wireless networking products and solutions and its solutions include systems, high performance radios, antennas and management tools that have been designed to deliver carrier class performance for wireless networking and other applications in the unlicensed RF spectrum. The Company's revenues are derived principally from the sale of wireless networking hardware and management tools. In addition it does not sell maintenance and support separately, because it has historically included it free of charge in many of arrangements, it attributes a portion of its systems revenues to this implied post-contract customer support, or PCS. The Ubiquiti Community is a critical element of business strategy as it has enabled to redefine the traditional models for product development, sales and marketing and product support in the following key ways: Product development: It allows the Ubiquiti Community to identify actual solution requirements and provide immediate feedback to enable the rapid introduction of optimally designed products with compelling price-performance characteristics. It leverage the Ubiquiti Community to eliminate long and expensive multi-step internal processes for gathering product requirements, finalizing design, incorporating features and functionalities and integrating customer feedback prior to final product release; Sales and marketing: It does not currently have a direct sales force, but instead rely on the Ubiquiti Community to drive market awareness and demand for products and solutions; Product support: The engaged members of the Ubiquiti Community, who
