VF Corp is an apparel and footwear company. It designs and manufactures or sources from independent contractors a variety of apparel and footwear for all ages.

VF Corp a Pennsylvania corporation was organized in 1899. The Company is engaged in manufacturing and distribution of branded lifestyle apparel, footwear and related products. The reportable business segments, as described below: Outdoor & Action Sports, Jeanswear, Imagewear, Sportswear and Contemporary Brands. The Outdoor & Action Sports segment is based on activity related to apparel and footwear, backpacks, bags, and technical equipment. Jeanswear segment relates to jeanswear & products. Imagewear offers occupational apparel and licensed athletic apparel. Sportswear relates to Fashion sportswear. Contemporary Brands refer to Premium lifestyle apparel & other segment includes sales of non-VF products at VF Outlet stores. There is a vast portfolio of brands in the outerwear, footwear, jeanswear, backpacks, luggage, sportswear, occupational and performance apparel categories. These products are marketed & sold to consumers shopping in specialty stores, upscale and traditional department stores, national chains, mass merchants and own direct-to-consumer operations. It operates manufacturing facilities in the U.S., Mexico, Central and South America, the Caribbean, Europe and the Middle East. The geographical segments include Europe, Asia, Canada, Latin America and Mexico. The Company's lifestyle brands are The North Face, Vans, Timberland, Nautica, and Kipling, 7 For All Mankind, Napapijri, Reef, Splendid and Ella Moss. The Company's business is subject to national, state and local laws and regulations for environmental, employment, safety and other matters.
