AT&T Inc, through its subsidiaries and affiliates, provides wireless and wireline telecommunications services in the United States and internationally. The Company has three reportable segments: Wireless, Wireline, and Other.

The Company, through its subsidiaries is engaged in the provision of communications and digital entertainment services in the United States and internationally. The Company has four reportable segments: Business solutions, Entertainment Group, Consumer Mobility and International services. The Business Solutions segment provides services to business, governmental and wholesale customers and individual subscribers who purchase wireless services through employer-sponsored plans. The Entertainment Group provides video, Internet and voice communication services to residential customers in the U.S. and U.S. territories. The Consumer Mobility segment consists of operations that provide wireless services to consumers, wireless wholesale and resale subscribers located in the United States or United States territories. The International segment provides video entertainment services to residential customers in Latin America and wireless data and and voice communication services to customer and business customers in Mexico. The Company is subject to governmental laws and regulations.
