We just had a great piece from Arnold van den Berg, which presented his case for large cap stocks. In this article we would like to check the stocks in his portfolio and are traded at very low P/E ratio.

The list here again is composed some large cap stocks that are traded at P/E of less than 13. The are Dell Inc (DELL, Financial), Exelon Corp (EXC, Financial), Intel Corp (INTC, Financial), Medtronic (MDT, Financial), Microsoft Corp (MSFT, Financial), and Kroger Co (KR, Financial).
