According to the above filters, the following are buys and sells from company insiders in the past week.

Saba Capital Management LP, 10% owner of First Trust High Income Long/Short Fund (FSD), bought 134,766 shares for $15.71 per share on Oct. 27. Since then, the stock price dropped to $15.69.
