I'm here together with 2 members of the Executive Committee, Bernard Boyer, who's in charge of M&A strategy; and Christophe André, who's in charge of our Advanced Materials segment. Also with us, the IR team and the communication team.

We have organized this conference call (inaudible). As you could see, we have just announced earlier this morning our project to acquire ArrMaz, a major U.S.-based player with leading position in specialty surfactants. The agreed enterprise price value is USD 570 million, which corresponds to 10.8x the last 12-months EBITDA.
