Thanks, Monty. Good morning. I'd like to officially call the meeting to order and welcome you all to the reconvened 2023 annual meeting of stockholders of Avalo Therapeutics Incorporated. I am Garry Neil, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company.

This meeting is being held virtually in an effort to make the meeting as accessible as possible to our stockholders. We appreciate your participation today.
