So Ray, let's start with the macro environment. On the Q2 call, you indicated that COVID deferrals and procedures slowed down and slowdowns and staffing shortages did not really impact your Q2 results. But you did note some supply chain challenges and higher costs for certain components, which you've been able to manage the impact of so far. So how do you see the macro environment right now? What's getting better, what's getting worse?
