Good morning, everybody, and thank you for joining us here today. My name is Howard Watson. I'm the BT Group Chief Technology and Information Officer. And welcome to what is the fourth business briefing that we've been doing in this new format. What I intend to do today because you don't usually see an update from technology at our quarterly results, we are part of BT that is recharged across to the customer-facing units, so you see us in there. What we're going to attempt to do today is lift the veil on technology and give you a much deeper insight into some of the unique capabilities that we have in terms of being able to drive forward the future of BT. And that future really is in a world now where we're very focused on 4G becoming 5G, copper migrating to fiber and MPLS networks through cloud connectivity moving to software-defined wide area networks.
