Good morning, and welcome to Bumrungrad Hospital Public Company Limited's Q4 and Year-End Analyst Presentation. Thank you for coming, and thank you for those who have called in on our recorded listen-only line. We've had a number of questions by the people who have called in, and we're going to try and answer them. We have some -- a few questions from Morgan Stanley India. And for that person, if he is on the line, we'll try and answer your questions, absent answering any go forward guidance questions, which as many of you know, we don't do. We only do top line revenue growth.

What I would like to cover early on in the session this morning is sort of an overview of what were the major contributing factors to the year's performance, which showed a net operating profit after tax of 5.3% growth and continued margin improvement. And let me take you sort of around the world to our most principal markets and give you a sense for what we experienced in '18, and what we plan on seeing going forward for '19.
