Good morning, everyone, and welcome to our half year results announcement for FY '19.

I'm Kate McKenzie, Chorus CEO. And joining me today is a new face in our management team, David Collins. David joined us from Australian rail freight company Aurizon; and has picked up the CFO reins from Andy Carroll, who's now heading our network and field management operations.

I'll start with a summary of the headline numbers and trends we've seen in the fourth -- first half before David takes you through the numbers in more detail. Then I'll cover things that are top of mind for us in the second half.

Kiwis clearly recognize fiber as the premium technology for broadband connection. Our fiber connections continued to surge, up another 84,000 for the 6 months. And uptake on the UFB network went from 45% to 51%. Customer experience for fiber installations has been a huge focus for us. And we delivered some great results on that front, achieving our highest-ever customer satisfaction score and our objective of connecting 50% of
