Hi, good morning. This is Kyle Detwiler, CEO of Clever Leaves. Happy 2021. And I'm here to talk to you about Clever Leaves, which is publicly traded on Nasdaq today under ticker CLVR.

Clever Leaves was founded on a very simple idea, and that is that cannabis production facilities, until recently, were not being constructed where they made economic or environmental sense. They were being constructed where cannabis was first legalized. But when we wanted to enter the space, we designed a business plan that was going to capitalize on that opportunity by being a bit fashion forward in where we put our production facilities.

And Clever Leaves today is one of the largest, lowest-cost cannabis producers in the world. We're probably best known for our low-cost operation in Colombia, where we believe we are the largest licensed producer in the country as well as in Portugal, sort of the Columbia of Europe.
