Hello, everyone. My name is Amanda Scarnati. I'm one of the semiconductor analysts here at Citi. I'm joined this morning by Chuck Mattera and Mary Jane Raymond, the CEO and CFO of Coherent, which is the name change as of yesterday, no longer II-VI. We're going to start off with just sort of setting the stage on Coherent, what's changed since we've done the acquisition that closed less than a month ago and where we sit today as Coherent. So Chuck, I'll let you kick it off.
