All right, folks. We're going to get started now. I want to welcome our fellow shareholders, our analysts and invited guests and all those attending via webcast. Thank you very much for participating and hope you'll find it an interesting day.

Here are our goals. We want to share with you our observations concerning current approaches of valuing the company and provide detailed information concerning those factors that we believe are being considered and those that we believe should be considered that may not be considered. We'll discuss our assets, our markets and the progress that we think may not be well understood, then we hope to receive input from you helping to guide us in managing our working capital.
