Good morning, and thank you for participating in today's call. I'm Brian Baker, President and Chief Executive Officer. And with me today is our recently appointed Chief Financial Officer, John Krier; and Skyler Black, Corporate Controller and Head of Investor Relations. This morning, we issued a press release announcing the financial results of our third quarter ended March 31, 2020. On today's call, I'll provide some initial commentary, and then turn it over to John for our financial report.
