Wainwright Conference, focusing on autoimmune and inflammatory skin conditions within the context of dermatology. My name is Ram Selvaraju. Equillium is currently traded on the NASDAQ under the ticker symbol EQ. We cover Equillium with a buy rating. I think it would be helpful perhaps just to contextualize things for our audience.

Bruce, if you could describe Equillium's original genesis around the molecule known as itolizumab, the fact that the company has recently executed a transformative transaction to put that company into the hands of Ono.
