Good afternoon, folks, and welcome to the Marlowe PLC Capital Markets Day 2023. I'm Kevin Quinn, Non-Executive Chairman of the Group. This afternoon's event will update on the significant strides our company has made since our last CMD in March 2022. We'll showcase our momentum in delivering the Marlowe compliance strategy in our resilience markets, which are demonstrating growth throughout the cycle. In a period of intensive growth and acquisition, we also wanted to use today's event to bring to life our integration model to highlight the levers we use to drive organic growth and margin expansion and to explain why this restructuring is an important investment and an area that the Board is closely focused on.

We're building a group for the long term and this investment is vital to achieve our goals. In February 2021, our Chief Executive, Alex Dacre, plotted out an ambitious strategy for Marlowe, setting goals to deliver run rate revenues of GBP 500 million, EBITDA of GBP 100 million and 10% software ARR by the end of our next financial year.
