Good afternoon. My name is Kemper Isely, and I am Co-President and Chairman of the Board of Natural Grocers by Vitamin Cottage. Welcome to the company's 2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Due to the public health impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and consistent with our commitment to the health and safety of the communities we serve, we made the decision to hold this year's annual meeting virtually.
