Good morning, everybody. And thank you for actually participating in our 6th Meet Novartis Management Day. Specifically, I want to thank you for actually taking the time to come and for those of you who are actually on the audio cast as well. What's in -- I'll just very briefly go through some of the logistics before Vas comes on and does a short overview of the company. All of you who have been here before will realize that we start here with the overall overview in the presentation from Vas. We'll then have a short Q&A session following the Vas presentation.

After that, you'll be split off into your groups. And when you split off into your groups, you will go to a particular meeting room and you will actually stay there. The meeting rooms and the groups, which you're in are designed according to color-coded groups.

So if you look at your badge, you'll have a color code on it. It will either be red, blue, yellow, green, purple or orangey color. And that refers to the group which you're in. Once you're in that particular group, you just
