Good afternoon, everyone. I'm Chandni Luthra from Goldman Sachs, and I have the pleasure both of introducing a senior management leader of KAR Auction Services and of moderating this fireside chat here today at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in New York.

We are very happy to have you at this conference. You obviously offer a bit of different twist to this event given that you are a critical B2B player in a consumer ecosystem. For those of you who don't know KAR, KAR is 1 of the 2 leading whole car auction businesses. It recently underwent a huge transformation.

I'm very happy that here with me today, I have sitting directly to my -- sitting to my left, Eric Loughmiller, the EVP and CFO of KAR Auction Services, who joined the company a bit more than 12 years ago and obviously has been instrumental in transforming the business through the years.
