Thank you. Good afternoon, folks. I'm actually the President of GameSquare. I was formerly the Chief Executive Officer of Engine Gaming. Engine Gaming and GameSquare sort of completed a merger on April 10, bringing together what we hope is sort of going to be a largest player sort of in this gaming esports and traditional sort of sports space.
GameSquare trades on Nasdaq under the stock symbol GAME. We also are dual listed in Canada under the same stock symbol. And what we say is we connect sort of brands and game publishers with youth audiences.
So why to invest in GameSquare? Youth audiences today are really difficult to find. Traditional media has a really difficult time of assembling sort of large-scale audiences in the youth space, given sort of the way that youth connect with media and where they spend their time. We know how to
