Thanks, Laura. Good morning, everyone, and thank you for joining us today. We are pleased to discuss our second quarter 2020 performance review.

First of all, we hope everybody is safe and having no major effects from the COVID-19 pandemic. In Gruma, we have a major responsibility as a global provider of food staples. Our top priority continues to be the health and safety of our people and products and the continuity of our production lines and working market systems.
