Greetings, everyone. This is Tami Zakaria, the Head of U.S. Machinery, Engineering and Construction Equity Research at JPMorgan. It is my pleasure to host a virtual headquarter visit with Caterpillar's Chairman and CEO, Jim Umpleby; followed by Group President of Construction Industries, Tony Fassino.
