Good afternoon, and welcome to the webcast of our Annual Results for the Year Ended August 2021. I'm Vikesh Ramsunder, the Chief Executive of the Clicks Group, and I'm joined here today by Michael Fleming, our Chief Financial Officer; and Bertina Engelbrecht, our Corporate Affairs Director, who will be taking over as Chief Executive in January 2022. Together, we will take you through today's presentation.

This is the outline of the presentation. I will start with a review of the year. Michael will follow with an overview of our financial performance. I will then take you through the trading performance and Bertina will close with the strategy and outlook for the group. You can submit questions via the webcast during and after the presentation.

I'll now begin with the review of the year. The Clicks Group has once again delivered a strong and resilient set of results. This in the context of the business being impacted by COVID-19 for the full year and disruptions to trading at the beginning and end of the financial year
