When we're thinking about what to talk about today, it was very tempting to structure the Capital Markets Day around the acquisitions, and probably one of the areas we got a lot of questions and there's a lot of unknown about it. However, when I thought about it, I really felt we would be doing the business a disservice to just talk about acquisitions because it's such a small part of who we are and what we do. So instead, what we're trying to do during the course of today is pick out key elements of our strategy, and then what we're going to use is Purch as our case study. So we're going to keep coming back to Purch and how we're deploying our strategy at Purch to add value.

Now it's not very often, but today, I'm the warm-up act, so I'm very brief. And actually, my team are going to be the headline act. So I'd briefly take you through what we're going to talk about.
