Thank you. Good morning, and welcome to Medibank's half year results presentation. I'm joined today by the executive leadership team, including our CFO, Mark Rogers.

This result demonstrates that Medibank's core business continues to get stronger. Our focus on improving customer outcomes has driven a strong uplift in customer advocacy and delivered growth in resident policyholders of 6,400 in the first half compared to a loss of 4,200 in the previous corresponding period.

We have the right strategy, the right team, and we are now growing the core business while beginning to transform Medibank into a broader health services company.
