Good afternoon to everyone, and thank you for joining us today. On behalf of the Board, I would like to welcome you to the Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V. Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders called to approve the merger with Groupe PSA.

Before we begin our formal business, I and all my colleagues at FCA hope that you, your families and your loved ones are keeping well and staying safe through these incredibly difficult times. The format of today's meeting still reflects the exceptional nature of a period that has tested us all in so many ways. But I am pleased that you're able to join us, albeit remotely, to participate in this very important day for our company.

At this EGM, among the number of other related proposals, the proposal to implement a cross-border legal merger between FCA and PSA will be submitted to a vote. The shareholders of PSA also voted on the proposed merger earlier today. Therefore, today promises to be a historic day for both FCA and PSA.
