Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. I welcome all the members to the 48th Annual General Meeting of the company. Considering the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, this meeting is being held through video conference in accordance with the circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and SEBI.

The company has taken all feasible efforts under the current circumstances to enable members to participate through video conference and vote at the AGM. I hope all of you are safe and are in good health. I am attending this meeting from the registered office of the company.

As you may aware that our beloved Joint Managing Director; Mr. Dhananjay Kumar Singh passed away on 28th October 2021. He had a distinguished tenure for more than 3 decades at Alkem. His immense contribution towards building Alkem into a foremost company will always be remembered. I would now request everyone to stand up in silence for 2 minutes to offer our heartfelt condolences.
