Good afternoon. It is 2:30 p.m., and the 2019 Annual Meeting of the Stockholders of NetApp will now come to order. I am Matt Fawcett, Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. It is my pleasure to welcome you to NetApp's Annual Meeting.

Let me start with a few introductions. Representing our Board of Directors today are Mike Nevens, Chairman of the Board; Jerry Held; Kathy Hill, Deborah Kerr, Scott Schenkel and George Shaheen, all independent directors; as well as George Kurian, our Chief Executive Officer, President and a member of the Board. Let me also introduce Ron Pasek, our Chief Financial Officer; Kris Newton, Vice President of Corporate Communications and Investor Relations; as well as Vania Santella of Deloitte & Touche, NetApp's independent registered public accounting firm; and Bobby Perniciaro of Broadridge, who is acting as the inspector of elections for this meeting. He has signed an oath of office, which will be filed with the minutes of this meeting.
