[Interpreted] A warm welcome to Ambu's ordinary general assemblies. Welcome to those of you in the room, and welcome to those of you who follow the proceedings with the video streaming. The moderator has been appointed in accordance with Article 14, Section 1 of our Articles of Association appointed by the Board, and the Board has appointed Mr. Niels Kornerup, attorney-at-law, and I'll give Mr. Kornerup the floor.

[Interpreted] Thank you very much for appointing me moderator of the AGM of Ambu. I hope we'll have a good meeting and good discussions. Now my first job will be to check that the AGM has been duly convened and that we have a quorum.

According to Article 10, Section 3 and 4 of Ambu's Articles of Association, the meeting must be convened at least 3 and not more than 5 weeks before the meeting through the company's homepage and in writing to those shareholders who have asked to receive written notice.
