Good morning, and welcome to Hydro's Capital Markets Day 2023. And my name is Martine Rambøl Hagen, and together with my colleagues, Frida Rongved Jacobsen, Elitsa Boyadzhieva and Camilla Gihle, we are responsible for Investor Relations in Hydro. We are very happy to see so many here together with us today, and also welcome to everyone following us through the webcast.

So the headline for this year's Capital Markets Day is pioneering the green aluminum transition powered by renewable energy. And that, together with our strategic direction towards 2030, is going to be the key topics for today's presentations.
