Hello and welcome to THQ Nordic's Annual General Meeting 2019 in a beautiful Karlstad. I have the honor to be here today and present the speakers. First of all, let's look into the agenda for the day, should have it coming up here. We'll start off with some formalities in Swedish, short introduction, then we'll head over to a longer presentation of the AGM. Then we will also get to look a bit deeper into the name change and the new name that is Embracer Group. We'll also get a look into the sustainability work of THQ Nordic.

Then we will -- I will come back for a short Q&A, ask some questions for myself and also some questions from the audience and from the web. Before we head to a short break, and the Annual General Meeting continues. So without further ado, I'll leave it over to the CEO and Founder, Lars Wingefors; and the Chairman of the Board, Kicki Wallje-Lund, who will start; and also Ian Gulam from Baker & McKenzie will be the Secretary of the AGM here today.
