Good morning and good afternoon, and welcome to our third quarter 2023 results call. I'll make some opening comments, and Andy will dive in deeper before the usual Q&A.

We have continued to make strong progress against the 5 strategic actions outlined last year, delivering a solid set of results. We remain highly liquid, well capitalized, and we are confident in the delivery of our 2023 financial targets, including an RoTE of 10%. We're pleased with the progress we are making in our strategy.
