All right, so for those that don't know me, my name's Felix Boeschen, Senior Machinery and Trucking Analyst here at Raymond James. Today, very happy to have the Shyft Group with us. We're full house, company CEO, Daryl Adams, company CFO, Jon Douyard. Randy Wilson's here in the audience, Head of Investor Relations. I'll hand it off to Daryl for some prepared remarks and then we'll kind of go into a true fireside chat format after that. But with that said, Daryl, you have the floor.
