Good morning and welcome to Snap-On Incorporated's 2019 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. My name is Richard Miller. I am Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Snap-On, and I will be acting as Parliamentarian for today's meeting.

At this time, I would like to ask that everybody please silence or turn off their cell phones.

I now call the 2019 Annual Meeting of Shareholders to order. Each of you should have received the Order of Business and Rules of Order. We request that you abide by these rules.

It is now 10:06 on April 25, 2019, and the polls are officially open. If anyone has not yet voted and wishes to cast their vote, our inspectors of election, Susan Hogan and John Ruocco of Computershare, are in the back of the room, where they will record your vote.
