Good morning, everyone. I'd like to welcome you to SunPower's 2019 Capital Markets Day. Nice to see a lot of familiar faces. It's been a while since we had one. Last one I believe was [2015]. So I want to thank everyone for taking their time out of their busy schedules to come here and attend the meeting as well as to welcome those that are currently on the webcast. We believe that after today, you'll have a much better understanding of the value of SunPower and why we are very well positioned to succeed going forward in a growing solar space.

Before we get started, a few housekeeping items. As usual, please mute your phones. I think these days, that's pretty much of a common one. If you need to leave the room, please do so quietly.
