Ascot is a company that's well developed. We're kind of halfway through our construction process at the moment. And it's probably one of the more advanced gold projects in Canada. We've been really -- started the construction in the summer of 2021, and we'll certainly going to walk you through kind of where we are at the moment.

I know people have heard a lot about the Golden Triangle. And Ascot is located in the southern part of the Golden Triangle, on the treatied land of the Nisga'a Nation. And we're about a 25-minute drive from Stewart and Hyder, Alaska.

And Ascot's strategy is a little bit different. This was a mine that has been in place for many, many years that originally started in the 1920s and then was modernized in the 1990s. And we are redoing an underground mining operation on a hub-and-spoke model, which we'll get into in a minute.
