He manages a portfolio composed of 668 stocks with a total value of $14.303 billion. In both the fourth and third quarters of 2016 the guru bought shares in the following stocks:

LHC Group Inc. (LHCG)

During the third quarter of 2016, the guru increased his stake by 41.64% and in the fourth quarter increased it by 149.44%. The guru holds 0.62% of the stock's outstanding shares.

LHC Group provides post-acute health care services to patients through its home nursing agencies, community-based services agencies, hospice agencies and long-term acute care hospitals. Third quarter net service revenue increased 13.1%, and income attributable to LHC Group grew 8.7% from the same quarter of a year before. The company expects the current upward trend in same-store organic growth to continue as a result of increasing market awareness.

Jim Simons (Trades, Portfolio) is another notable shareholder among the gurus with 0.5% of outstanding shares followed by Joel Greenblatt (Trades, Portfolio) with 0.07% and Paul Tudor Jones (Trades, Portfolio) with 0.05%.

Horizon Pharma is a specialty pharmaceutical company. The company reported a year-over-year decrease of 35.3% for operating income.

Bloomin Brands is a casual dining restaurant company, with a portfolio of differentiated restaurant concepts. The company's concepts include Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba's Italian Grill, Bonefish Grill and Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar. Fourth quarter revenue increased 20.5%, and gross profit grew 14.5% from the same quarter of a year before. The company reported 16.3% growth for operating income.

Cigna is a health services organization with insurance subsidiaries that are providers of medical, dental, disability, life and accident insurance and related products and services and recently it announced that had terminated a merger agreement with Anthem Inc. (ANTM). During the fourth quarter total revenue grew 5%, driven by continued growth in the targeted customer segments. Adjusted income from operations was $485 million, or $1.87 per share, compared with $486 million, or $1.87 per share, for the same quarter of 2015.
