Connor Clark & Lunn Investment Management is a private investment management company. The company was in 1982 and provides a “broad range of traditional and alternative investment products and services to individuals, advisors and institutional investors. The Connor Clark & Lunn Financial Group currently has over $60 billion in assets under management with offices located in Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Regina, Winnipeg, Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, Halifax, New York and London, England. Connor Clark & Lunn Investment Management is based out of Vancouver and has an additional office in Toronto. The firm utilizes both top down and bottom up stock picking approaches with quantitative and fundamental analysis and does its research both in house and externally. Connor Clark & Lunn Investment Management currently has close to $30 billion in total assets under management spread across over 200 accounts with all of the accounts being discretionary accounts. Both its total assets under management and accounts held have been increasing in recent years, with its total number of accounts growing from 124 accounts five years prior to its current amount today and its total assets under management growing from $12.7 billion to well over twice that amount. The company currently has 51 employees and has a varied client base including pension and profit sharing plans, which makes up over half of its entire client base, pooled investment vehicles, high net worth individuals, charities, and corporations, among others, in order of decreasing clientele.
