AGF Investments is a private investment management company based out of the Toronto Dominion Bank Tower in Canada. The company was founded in 1995 but can trace its history back to the launch of the American Growth Fund (AGF) back in 1957 by C. Warren Holdring and Allan Manford. The company provides a variety of products and services including launching and managing fixed income, balanced funds, and equity for its clients. AGF Investments Inc. invests in a variety of public equity and fixed income markets on a global scale, utilizing an active approach to make its investment decisions and focusing on growth value stocks. The company invests most heavily in the finance sector, which alone makes up over a quarter of its total asset allocations, and also invests in the information technology, health care, energy, industrials, consumer discretionary, materials, and consumer staples sectors, among others to a lesser degree, in order of decreasing clientele.
