Phillips 66 is an American energy company. It was formed as an independent company when ConocoPhillips executed a spinoff of its downstream and midstream assets. The company focuses on producing natural gas liquids and petrochemicals and is active in more than 65 countries. The company has a market capitalization of $29.88 billion; as of July 3, it traded at $68.42.

On May 6, Phillips 66 announced the board of directors had declared a quarterly dividend of 90 cents. The dividend was paid on June 1 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 18.

Ryman Hospitality Properties is an American hospitality real estate investment trust that focuses on convention center resorts and country music entertainment experiences. The company has a market capitalization of $1.84 billion; as of July 3, it traded at $33.55.

On May 22, Ryman Hospitality Properties announced the termination of its agreement with Stratus Properties Inc. to purchase the Block 21 mixed-use development in Austin, Texas. As a result of the termination of the transaction, the company will forfeit its nonrefundable deposit of $15 million provided to Stratus with the purchase agreement, made in December of 2019.
