Cornerstone obtains reporting issuer status in Ontario

OTTAWA, Dec. 02, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Cornerstone Capital Resources Inc. (“Cornerstone” or “the Company”) (TSXV:CGP) (Frankfurt:GWN) (Berlin:GWN) (OTC:CTNXF) today announces that the Ontario Securities Commission (the “OSC”) has issued an order (the “Order”) accepting the Company as a reporting issuer for the purposes of Ontario securities law. As a result of the Order, the OSC will be the principal regulator of the Company.
