VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Jan. 07, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- A.I.S. Resources Limited (TSX-V – AIS, OTCQB: AISSF) (the “Company” or “AIS”) AIS announces a non-brokered private placement of up to 15,625,000 units ("Units") at a price of $0.08 per unit for gross proceeds of $1,250,000. (the "Private Placement"). The proceeds will be used for exploration of the Company’s gold projects and general working capital purposes.
