Aberdeen Acquires Securities in Jourdan Resources Inc.

TORONTO, Nov. 25, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ABERDEEN INTERNATIONAL INC. (“Aberdeen” or the “Company”) (TSX: AAB) (F: A8H) (OTC: AABVF) has acquired 4,000,000 units of Jourdan Resources Inc. (“Jourdan”) in a non-brokered private placement financing of Jourdan at a price of $0.05 per unit for a total subscription price of $200,000. Each unit is comprised of one Jourdan common share (a “Common Share”) and one-half of one Jourdan common share purchase warrant (a “Warrant”). Each Warrant is exercisable for one Common Share at a price of $0.07 for a period of twenty-four months.
