VANCOUVER, British Columbia, July 07, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Diversified Royalty Corp. (TSX: DIV and DIV.DB) (the “Corporation” or “DIV”) is pleased to announce that at its annual general meeting of shareholders held on July 7, 2022 (the “Meeting”), all directors nominated as listed in DIV’s information circular dated May 19, 2022 were elected for the ensuing year. As a ballot was not required, the number of votes disclosed in the below table reflects only the proxies received by management of DIV in advance of the Meeting:
