Former Attorney General of Louisiana Charles C. Foti, Jr., Esq. and the law firm of Kahn Swick & Foti, LLC (“KSF”) are investigating the proposed sale of Evoqua Water Technologies Corp. (NYSE: AQUA) to Xylem Inc. (NYSE: XYL). Under the terms of the proposed transaction, shareholders of Evoqua will receive 0.480 shares of Xylem for each share of Evoqua that they own.
